DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction in planning, developing, evaluating, and directing hospital patient care services while overseeing approximately 60 employees within this department. Responsible for developing, implementing and organizing the patient care structure. Work collaboratively with Medical Staff and all other departments interfacing with patient care. Responsible for networking and interacting effectively with all departments and staff levels to meet hospital goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and currently licensed in the State of Minnesota. Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years clinical experience.
